Grand Junction is an oasis found in the desert west of Colorado. Surrounded by natural beauty and founded on the banks of the Colorado River this once small town is now home to over 100,000 people. The Colorado National Monument is a breathtaking backdrop to small ranches and golf properties along the southwestern area of Grand Junction. Towards Palisade you will find vineyards and orchards tucked away at the base of the worlds largest flat top mountain, the Grand Mesa. To the north you will find the bookcliffs with hundreds of square miles of recreation space for mountain biking, and off-road adventures.

Over the past twenty years Grand Junction has grown in leaps and bounds after recovering from a devastating recession in the mid 80's.
